Is a 58 enough loft for very deep bunkers and is it  a good choice for a lob wedge. Like is a 58 almost identicle to a 60

    Tanner,

Generally, 58* should be able to get you out of the deeper bunkers.  If you have room in your bag (less than 14 clubs) and find yourself not being able to get the ball high enough to get out of bunkers, you may want to consider more loft (60*, 62*, or 64*).  The 60-64* would be considered more of a lob wedge than the 58*.

Thanks Cameron. I put a lot of spin on the ball and can hit the ball high. Is the new 58.12 sm4 a good wedge choice.

the SM4 wedges are a great choice! The 58 is a good wedge from the sand, around the greens and from the fairway. Before you select a bounce, (6, 9 or 12 degree) you will need to know a few things. How soft is the sand where you normally play? Softer = MORE bounce Wil you want to use this wedge from the fairway? If yes then are you a digger or a slider? Digger = MORE bounce Check this out from the vokey website, it tells you everything you need to know.... http://www.vokey.com/tech_central/page.aspx?id=30
