I changed my shaft from the 65g (from the factory) to a 61g aftermarket, should I be concerned with changing the head weight ?

Chris,
You will loose one swing weight point making that change, so you can consider changing your 7g swing weight screw to a 9g swing weight screw, assuming you originally had the 7g screw in the club head. We do offer the weight kits for sale, if it is something you were looking to change.
