    Hi,

    I ordered 2 sets of 712 Ap2's with KBS C-taper shaft through Fresh Pond Golf Course in Cambridge, MA on November 15th and haven't heared of anything.

    It seems that there is something wrong with shipping because one of my friend ordered the same club later than me and he said he already played a round with them.

    Anyone experiencing the same issue?

    I feel your pain Inyoung! I pre-ordered the 712 MB with project x 7.0 shafts and two SM4 wedges Oct.15, unfortunately l haven't received my order either. I  purchased the clubs from Edwin Watts Golf in Charleston,SC

    Hello Jake, I don't know why your order would have taken so long to build as we did build and ship orders from Oct, but I called the Edwin Watts and your irons arrived there today.

    I too feel your pain. I ordered a set of AP1s on November 19th from Golfsmith and haven't heard a thing. I called Golfsmith today, and they said they couldn't even find the right PO number from Titleist. Still waiting for a call back from them. Can anyone on the Titleist side help me out? A month without clubs could be brutal!

    Golfsmith is a very good partner and normally ordering is seamless. In the last several months they have been transitioning into their new system to make ordering and processing simpler and better. As with all new systems, there may be some glitches that can pop up.     Same thing here.  Ordered a combo set of cb's and mb's and a couple of wedges and was told two weeks.  Now I've been told HOPEFULLY!?!?!?!?  Rodger Dunn said they called titleist and was given no reason for the delay.  That being said life is really hard when my biggest frustration is waiting an extra week for my new custom golf clubs.

    Cathi, Thanks for looking into my order. I picked up the irons today, however, my order was completely messed up. I ordered the irons with  white and black Golf Pride  multi-compound grips, although  the stock titleist black grips were installed. Also, I ordered two sm4 wedges with snow stamping but for some reason the wedges were not sent. Instead of reordering the wedges with the stamping, I purchased two wedges off the shelf and had  the store swap out my old shafts.

        In Edwin Watts defence , they gave me a discount on the shaft up charge and installed the correct grips at no additional charge. This was an experience  I don't ever want to experience again.

    Thank you Cathi! I went to Fresh Pond GC yesterday and Bob also told me that I'll get them today or tomorrow. Unfortunately, rainning all this week and my favorite golf courses are already closed here in Boston...OTL Anyways, I really appreciate your help!! Inyoung,
