this goes out to people who really know the 910 D3 settings chart for lefties...What setting would give me the ball w/ the most amount of distance? Which gives the least amount of sidespin (that question might not be worded correctly)? And what is the whole spin/more spin all about relating to overall distance? In understandable terms please. Thanks ahead of time! David

    David,

Each setting on the 910 Performance Guide is designed to fit all different players.  Some players may benefit from settings that reduce loft, some players may benefit from a setting adding loft, or from more upright or flatter lies.  Working with a certified Titleist Fitter will help determine what model, loft, shaft, and setting you will benefit the most from.  Generally, faster club head speeds won't benefit from a large amount of spin, where as slower club head speeds need spin to help create lift.  If a player with higher club head speeds has an excess amount of spin, there will be a "ballooning" effect on the ball, causing it to fall out of the air sooner.  The goal is to find a penetrating ball flight, that has the correct amount of spin and launch angle.  These are reasons we strongly support club fitting.  If you have any more questions about club fitting feel free to contact Team Titleist at       1-888-TITLEIST.

    Hope this helps!

I bought the driver from a master titelist fitter on long island...910 D3, 10.5 degree, stiff stock shaft...however, the fitting was done inside his studio and we didn't figure out the best "setting" for the club...i purchased the club in may and i don't think i have found the best setting for me yet. Please share anyone's experiences w/ this club that might assist me w/ finding the best fitting for me. Thanks, David
