Yes, you will be able to change it out easily.

 

Cost wise, depends on what shaft you'd like to upgrade to, and with that, your best bet would be to go to your local store/fitter and order it where you got your 910D2 in the first place.

Andy i just did the same thing to my 910D2 and yes you can order a new shaft for it any golf shop can do it for you. They may tell you they can't and you have to send the club in but you dont it's just a shaft.The cost depends on the shaft and grip. I haven't got the bill for mine yet.
