    I was wondering what they me by they re-turn the wedge. does it mean they re groove it or redo spin milled

    Unfortunately, re-grooving is not part of the Tune-Up.  The services provided in the Tune-Up are: Return/finish ferrule, buff/polish/clean head, restore paintfill, check loft/lie, re-grip with your choice of vokey grips.
