I had the black KBS shafts put in my irons but just like Cathi said, they only come in wedges.  I had the place that I ordered my clubs just order the heads and shafts loose and then they put the clubs together on-site.  With that said, the finish needs to be more durable before I would do it again.  Cathi indicated that in her post and I would second it.  They looked fine from a distance after 6 months but if you took a close look, you could see many fine scratches in the finish.  The clubs looked sweet once they were built.
