The easiest to hit will be the AP2. The new 712 AP2 coming in November will be 7% more forgiving then the previous 710 model and will be just as forgiving as the original (before the 710 model) AP1. This 7% higher MOI will allow for better distance control on off-center hits.

I'm a scratch as well ... but have limited playing time (14 rounds this year). I really think it boils down to how much time you can put in. For example, I played different Titleist blades for several years when I played more. Now, with kids / schedules and work, my "golf time" is maybe a quarter of where it was before. I switched to the AP2's when they first came out ... and have been and incredibly big fan.
There's good feedback when making contact, you can shape shots either way ... and ultimately they are much more forgiving.
Hopefully, your scenario is different then mine ... but thought I'd at least give you my perspective.
