I asked my club pro for driver recommendations after I had a lesson this weekend. All my clubs are regular flex and length, my irons are 2 degrees flat and I hit them good...He suggested ordering a shorter driver 43.5" long, my posture is not correct due to my height, length of arms etc. current driver length 45 1/4" long etc. He gave me 910D2 10.5* shafted with a Titleist 3 wood shaft Illima 'R' Flex, was much easier to swing and felt OK...(Was all he had that could be made up shorter) My question is would this shaft play correctly built at 43.5 and how is the reduction in swingweight compensated for??
