I spoke to a customer service rep and my order was shipped out on Monday.  I was just wondering when i could expect the shipment to arrive in Maryland?  Waited 5 weeks for the set to be built and I am dying to get them.

If your order went ground, it is normally a 4-5 day business trip so you should see it Friday or Monday.

I think some of the club heads are out of stock since the 712's will be coming out soon.

I hope that's not the case. They will lose lots of sale if it is, since the 712's are not due out unil November. I'm ready for mine now.
  6. Please understand that Titleist does their absolute best to custom build/ship, your clubs as fast as possible. You have to realize that not only are they making clubs for the thousands of golf shops/clubs around, but, also for the Tour players, etc.. At the same time, they're receiving numerous orders for custom clubs. Each order's different. It's not like they can throw a set of MB's on the loft/lie machine and do a custom set, then swap them out for the next set. They have to re-adjust everything. PLUS, with the new 712's coming out as well as new Vokey's, I bet that they're working over time right now. When you do receive your custom clubs, I wish you the best with them. Please let us know how they work out for you!

I am in manufacturing (I own and operate a CNC Machine shop), so I understand the kind of things Titleist is dealing with. I'm sure the guys are liking the overtime pay too! I know I am going to enjoy my new set. I'm currently playing some Adams A2 irons. AP1's should make a Huge difference! Probably going to get soem new wedges soon too

Got my New AP1's Today. Well worth the Wait! Very please with the clubs, so far they look like they will be a Big improvement. Of course I've only hit 2 buckets of ball so far. The real test will come Saturday on the course.
  9. Phillip.  Please let me know how you like the switch from the Adams A2's to the new ap1's.  I plan on making the same switch and I want to make sure it is the right one.

I ordered a set of custom AP1s for a customer on Wednesday the 28th. I got a shipping notice on Thursday the 29th and they will be delivered directly to the customer on Wednesday Oct 5th in New Hampshire. Pretty good service if you ask me!

Bryan, So far so good. The AP1's have a real solid feel. Ball flies really nice. I'm noticing a little extra distance, but haven't really hit enough yet to know exactly how much. It is definatly an upgrade for the Adam's A2. I played in a scramble on Tuesday and had 2 shots where all my partners were in trouble, 1 was a par 3 over water about 180 the other wasa 175 from the fairway. I hit he 5 iron on both, hte par 3 was a little long but we were putting from the fringe, the other was to about 12 ft. I am very pleased with the AP1's Hope this helps, let me know what you do
