The lie angle, loft and length can be adjusted on a standard set. There are some limitations depending on the type of metal the club heads are made of. Forged clubs are easy to adjust, cast clubs are more difficult.

Changing the length of a shaft affects the swing weight. It's better to shorten versus lengthen because you can add weight to the head if you shorten. It's difficult to reduce head weight if you lengthen the shaft.
