Well I've never really bothered to even worry about it but I bought a driver a few weeks ago with a Alidila RVS6 and god ever since I got it I can't get rid of this slice. I have it set to the biggest draw setting possible and it still slices. So its either the head or shaft but I'm guessing it is the shaft due to I was hitting my friends 910 with the Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana Kai'li and first hit there was such a big difference in flight it was ridiculous. My question is what is the effects of the flex point in the shaft? they both have the same torque but on the alidila the flex point in mid/high and on the Diamana it is mid.

    Thanks for any answers

    Chris,

The difference is not the flex point, it's the tip stiffness. The RVS is a softer tipped shaft and will produce erratic ball flight for certain players. The Kaili is a medium flex tip shaft.

I suggest you switch to the Kaili for the Aldila NV shaft.

    Good luck,

    Kevin
