what are the differences between these two shafts in the 60 (rip) and the 65 (nv) as to feel and trajectory?

Although feel is very subjective, the RIP shaft has a much lower torque rating...so it will feel little stiffer.
Trajectory would depend on the clubhead...maybe slightly higher with the NV.

Going to be a night and day difference in respect to both. The R.I.P. is going to have more of a solid feel, almost like grip and clubhead are one, and trajectory is going to be stronger, more penetrating. Really night and day, and Aldila doesn't have anything else to compare with the R.I.P. it is finally a close to tour level shaft that the little guy can afford!!

RIP is a pure shaft, mid to high cappers should stay away. Extremely responsive feel, medium penetrating trajectory with low spin. Have it set up with a 910 D3 9.5 and 910 F.D 13.5 and love them both. Set up plus .75 deg loft and 2 deg up. Picked up about 15 yards with the driver and 12 with the 3 metal. Highly recommended. MY

Hi Michael,
My old driver is cracking and I'm loathe to get rid of it. I have an NV 65 that I really like. My avg swing speed is 98 i play a lower trajectory, work the ball both ways, my index is 4.2 and for me it's all about tempo. I like the idea if the RIP Beta and would love to compare and contrast but I'm left handed and finding fitters, etc. to work with me is next to impossible. I therefore like to rely on the experience of others to help me make decisions. I'm told the Beta has a softer tip to help with my lack of speed in my swing. Do you think I would gain from switching to the RIP Beta?
My best,
Dave
