    I going to regrip my clubs and thinking of using the golf pride tour velvet 360 LITE as are on my Ts senior shaft metal woods on all the clubs. What are the pros and cons.

    Your swing weight will change if the new grip weight is less or more than the grips being replaced. The change in swing weight will be dependent on the weight difference between the grips.

    I'm guessing the club head will feel slightly heavier. Will this help anything?

    I've swapped out grips from what came standard on my irons to lighter ones and yes the head feels heavier, but for me it helped with tempo and swing plane. Change the grip on one club and try it out before committing to changing all your clubs.
