For a few months I've been trying to figure out why I hit my fairway woods and irons so well and driver so poorly. I was hitting my driver low with lots of spin time after time. Did a trackman fitting and all of the numbers look good, but confirmed low with spin... After a few months of shaft, ball, and loft changes with the driver and still not seeing improvements I finally went back to my trackman numbers. Turns out my angle of attack was consistently -1.5 to -3 degrees! Why I didn't notice this before and why the fitter didn't point it out is beyond me. So, a slight tweak in my setup and I'm finally seeing the distance I should be. With that, I'm curious what the Titleist fitters on the board consider "optimal AOA" for the driver. Thanks for reading my novel. -Kevin
