  1. hi I have the ATP1 club irons set

i´m left handed and for the first time i buy this clubs in metal shafts, but with the time i found that this shaft may is more heavy than the graphite, normaly when i play the first 9 holes i hit the ball very well but after 12 or 13 holes i feel my hands are heavy and tired.

I consider to change the metal shafts to graphite shafts, what type you recomend to me?????

I´m 14 handicap left handed and 64 years old.

i play and hit very well the hibrids tietleist 910H loft 24 and 27 that are in my bag, each of this hibrids have diferent graphite shaft, but the blue color i forghet now the name of the shaft but come from tietleist i feel is the perfect shaft for me.

    Benjamin,

Our stock graphite shaft that we use for the 712 AP1 is the Graphite Design Tour AD 65i.  This shaft is a higher launching shaft that will weigh much less  then the steel shafts in your irons now (only weighs 62-65g).  We also offer the Titleist Aldila VS Proto-T 75 graphite as a slightly heavier option then the GD Tour AD 65i, which will launch lower as well.  These are two great options to try out, but would recommend visiting a Club Fitter near you to see which one works best for your game.

I have the AD-65 shafts on my LH AP1s.  I'm 62.  I liked the feel of the metal shaft more than the graphite and already use stock Vokey wedges with metal shafts.  But my fitter was adamant that I would not be getting younger in 5 years and I would probably do better then with the graphite shafts.  He finally convince me that it was a fact of life, hence the graphite shafts.

I'm not disappointed in the performance.  But it took a fitter to convince me.
