D2/D3 shafts

    I just bought a D3 from my local shop (like to buy locally), but I'm thinking a lighter shaft works better for me. Can  I order directly, or  purchase from my dealer, a D2 shaft that's lighter, say 50 g. +/-? Will it work with the D3 head? The D3 shaft is 65 g, If I recall, and I really feel a lighter shaft is better for my swing speed (tops out at just 90+.)  Still want R flex, though.

    yes, driver shafts are interchangeable between both heads.  before pulling the trigger on a new shaft, you may want to consider a fitting session.  that way, you can learn which shaft will give you the best possible performance. 

    btw, you'll have to order your new shaft thru your local dealer.  good luck!
