I just posted about buying a Scotty putter & should have included this:  I will also be buying a 910H.  Can someone tell me the best place to purchase this around San Francisco (GolfMart? Golfsmith?) and will these places have stock? Do they offer fitting?   Im only in the USA for 9 days so time is of the essence with these purchases.

I suppose the other half of the question is do you want to carry the club home or get it shipped to your home after getting a fitting?

Im playing a couple of rounds while Im there so was hoping to pretty much buy on the spot (as long as I dont specifically need any shaft other than stock).

I would highly recommend Golf Mart. I only go through them now down here in San Diego because of their great service and 90 day playability gaurantee (basically if you don't like the club within 90 days of purchase you can bring it back and get the full price back in store credit for a replacement club, and you can do this twice!).

I know you will only be here for a short time, but if you don't like it on your first round, you can always go back and get one with a different degree or shaft or flex or whatever. They also usually have most of the options available in the store, I was even able to find an x flex on one and they put it on the head I wanted. Here's a link to their northern california locations:  http://www.worldwidegolfshops.com/the-golf-mart.html

    Hope this helps!

I'm a regular at Golf Mart in San Diego.  Their 90 day playability guarantee is a key to shaping your golf bag.  Big selection at the Mission Valley store.
