anybody been fitted for titleist irons at GolfTec? My son was fitted for a driver and I thought the process was pretty good .... very quantitative. I'm thinking of AP1s and wondered if anyone has experienced their fitting process for irons.

It's almost the same thing as getting fit by a titleist rep or a pga pro. it is the same process.

I've only tried a current set analysis at the GolfTec that I go to (Mequon, WI). Its more or less just figuring out my set composition, if they are in order and and if it fits me. Double checking lie angles, shaft length and shaft frequency. They will let you hit on the "lie board", put hitting tape if needed. My local GolfTec has recently picked up a launch monitor, aside from helping on regular lessons it will also help in getting feedback when undergoing "club fitting". If your GolfTec has one, it would be a good idea.
However, if you are really wanting to get fitted with Titleist irons... it would be best to go to a Certified Titleist Fitter.
Good Luck and Happy Golfing!

Hi Stephen, There are some GolfTecs that have the Surefit system Just put in your zipcode and the golf shop locator will bring up all the fitters in your area and the size of their system. http://www.titleist.com/find-a-golf-shop/
