I buy my golf clubs from a pro shop located on a university golf course. The problem is to get fitted I have to go to another location or wait until there is a demo day. As most of us know when we want to buy clubs we want to buy clubs and not wait on certain days to do it. I trust the pros at this course. I have taken many lessons from them and they know my swing. I have ask them why they don't have a Titleist fitting cart themselves. Their response is that Titleist won't send them one because they don't sell enough Titleist clubs. My question to you is there any way to assist them in getting one. Also if they had a Titleist cart they would probably sell more Titleist clubs. Thanks in advance for your reply.

After reading some of the terrible stories people have gone through getting fitted for Titleist clubs, I will pose the question again. Is there any way to assist a club in getting a Titleist fitting cart?

Hi Larry, Can you tell me the golf course that is interested in being a fitting account? I have spoken to the rep and no one has reached out to him regarding a Surefit system.

    Hi Larry,

I have forwarded your question to the local rep in the area.  There are a lot of factors that go into placing a fitting system into an account. The biggest is a commitment to fitting Titleist clubs and second, a commitment to the Titleist brand.  We have a limited number of carts and bags that are distributed and we try to distribute evenly through each territory.   If your course really does want a system and are committed to fitting,  the rep will work with them to get that system there.

Yes, there are places that have Surefit bags and carts that don't seem to be as committed and they are re-evaluated each season to see if the Cart or bag should be at the account or perhaps moved elsewhere. Each rep works with all his/her accounts to make sure that their area has fitters and equipment.
