I currently play a Proforce V2 76 X and have been playing this shaft for 5 years and love it. I hit my driver high with backspin that is a bit too high. I do not ballon the ball but get very little roll and struggle when into the wind.  I am about to purchase a 910 D3 and am curious as to whether I should consider other shafts or to stick with what I know. I am looking for a lower launching shaft with a bit less backspin. Should I consider getting the same V2 76 X and tipping it or are there other options that could give me what I am looking for? My driver swing speed is normally 110-115 but get it into the low 120's when i want to jump on it.

Hi Jeff I've been doing some research myself. Fujikura (which Rory plays) and Graphite Design (which TW plays) are some of the highest grade tour shafts. These two charts should be helpful http://www.gdintl.com/technology/fit-guide http://www.fujikuragolf.com/woods/motore-speeder/ Both are upgrade options for the 910. Hope that helps. Hit em' well...

  3. The V2 is an excellent shaft. The beauty of the 910 D3 is that you have 16 different options to help fit the driver for optimum ball flight/consistency. There's tons of shafts to choose from for the 910's. With a swing speed that high, you'd definitely want to make sure that you get the right shaft and your local Titleist rep can help fit you in to the PERFECT driver/shaft combo.
