Stiff/X-Stiff iron shafts?

    What is the approximate clubhead speed recommended to just from the s300 stiff to an x-stiff steel iron shaft? My driver club head speed is 130 mph. I use pro force vs x-stiff is all of my graphite shafts clubs (driver, fairway woods, hybrids). I currently have s300 in my 735cm and AP2 (2008). Would switching to an x100 be beneficial?

    ask your self that hahahha. I say this becouse if your happy with your iron play dont change. switching to x100 will change the feel the swing speed the trajectory. the work ability. all this will change. go do a fitting see if x100s are really better for you.
