I have been ordering Titleist equipment since 2000 and have purchased somewhere around 80-85 clubs with it mostly being irons and wedges. It usually take between 2 to 3 week and have not really had a problem with it. I understand the the wait because I am left handed. But when I custom order woods and hybrids the experiance has not been as good. I am always there when the order is placed and I have had a hybrid come in right handed, drivers take months after the time quoted so long that I cancelled the order, and most recentlly I ordered 910 fd and was sent 910 f. Just wanted to see if anyone else has had bad luck with their orders. Still love titleist equipment just wish these thing are common.
  2. I'm also left handed and I just ordered a driver, hybrid and 3 wood through my club and I had them in just over a week.  I've also ordered wedges from the Vokey Wedgeworks, and those usually take a few weeks.  Not sure why you're having issues when ordering the metal woods.  Probably just a coincidence.

I just ordered a custom set of AP2's and it was about 10 days to receive them. You may want to have your pro check into what is holding them up.

Sounds like major communication errors between Titleist and the person you order from. If you are located in the US the Titleist accounts should have access to the online ordering portal to place orders and as long as everything is ordered correctly then there shouldn't be too many problems. As for a club taking longer than expected it could have to do with the specs you are ordering. There are. A lot of exotic shafts that Titleist offers that can take 4-6 weeks to come in. Other than that bad luck.

I've only recently ordered Custom clubs and I basically got the whole bag. Each time I received my items promptly and to the specs I wanted. Nothing but the best from Titleist. You should follow up with your shop.

I've only used Vokey wedges in the past (left-handed, as well, only CGs and Titleist have more 2-3 wedges in LH). My local club (also a Titleist #1 fitter for my state) let me know that Titleist is doing more for the slow old guys like myself with lighter, softer shafts and more increased lofts. Have gotten a 910H 24 degree, 910F 21 degree, and 712-AP1 5-PW A-flex all fitted and ordered since Thanksgiving and all have been ready for use on delivery. The irons took almost 3 weeks, but that was over Christmas. These are all custom because none of these are big box dealer stock items. My only disappointment now is living in the Upper Midwest and having to stick to the heated sheds until April. Love the adjustable settings on the 910 H/F (and /D if I had it) products.

my clubs did come in yesterday and titleist did switch out the heads with no issues. I did get my 910h which the titleist person said was 40 inches standard so i ordered it 0.5 inch short so it would come in at 39.5 and it came in at 39. i guess all steel clubs are a half inch short if anyone is ordering a 910h with a steel shaft. i kind of figured that but was told different. wish i would of just put the money towards a 910d3

Over the last month and a half I (left handed) have overed a complete bag in 3 separate orders. AP1 712 +1/2 2up with jumbo grips and KBS Tour shafts, 910D2 with Rip shaf, SM4 50, 56 and 60 deg. Also 910h and 910f with Rip shaft and the jumbo grips. All 3 orders were shipped to my club in 3 days and received in a total of 6or 7 days. I was happy and shocked by the speed. Thanks TT

I feel the need to respond to this thread. Titleist has been amazing when it comes to custom orders for me!  I have ordered a few sets of irons and driver shafts in the last few years and I am always amazed how fast they are built and shipped, even when custom! I am speaking of one day builds, and to me within 2 days with expidited shipping.  I just ordered a set of 712 MB's and needed them before I fly to FL this week.  They showed up on my doorstep this past Friday. :0

It just amazes me what service Titleist does for just a "john doe" like myself when it comes to all the golfers in the world. They have had and will continue to have my business for a lifetime!

Team Titleist and those who help,  like Cathi,  have gone above and beyond to help with any needs!  Truly Impressive!!!

I hope this is not the case for me. I ordered custom AP2's last year and Titleist had them here in 10 days. I ordered a 910f 13.5 with an exotic shaft and a D3 with a standard shaft about 12 days ago and I am still waiting. I hope I am not waiting this long, I am going on a golf trip in a little over a week.
