I recently purchased a 910D2, 9.5 with a Kai'li 65 shaft.  This is the combo recommended by the salesman at Golf-smith.  My old driver is a 983K with a YS-6 .335 S shaft.  I love the 983, and so far don't like the 910.  For lack of a better term, it wobbles at impact, and it doesn't have the same sweet spot feeling.  Of the different shafts available, which is most similar to the YS-6?

    Thanks, Jim

yep, its hard to beat 983k.

Since I have reduced the hooks, I took out of banishment my 904f 19* w/ys6+, and I really like that shaft. I'm out to get a 15*.

I have a 907D2 w/proto by you, really like that shaft too. I don't know if they are similar specs or not. I have never tried ys6 in a driver.

    Jim,

The Titleist Ilima shaft is the most similar to the YS-6 shaft. The Kai'li is a little stiffer in the tip and has less torque.

Hi Jim,  The YS6 is a shaft that has been around for many years and the reason is because it works well for different swingspeeds.  In fact, we still offer that shaft.  If you are in love with the shaft,  get the YS6 again.
