First I have heard of the event. Is it possible that this event was for TT Canada Staff to meet up with TT U.S. Staff ??? If so - great idea to help keep them energized given how much they do for us !

Not staffers. I can only speak to the USA team. We were contacted individually by Titleist representatives and offered the chance to play. It was not a free event. We paid an event fee just like we do for TTI and other outings. We were told our selection was a combination of being historical brand ambassadors and our ability to represent the team and the bigger TT community in a positive light. We had a full range of age, gender, and handicaps on our team to cover the complete population of Team Titleist. Understanding that there could have been any 12 from a base of a couple of hundred members, I was proud to be offered the opportunity to represent all our TT members. Hopefully I made them proud with our results.

They do a Team Titleist event like that in NZ and Australia. This year happening in Nov at Tara Iti golf course. A gorgeous golf course north of Auckland. I think an event such as this done in Western Canada where the most beautiful courses in Canada are would be great.

Alas, this event was originally scheduled for Summer 2024, but Jasper National was unfortunately burned in fires prior to the event. Hopefully the resort and town can come back better than before. Not that Cabot was a letdown, but we were all excited to go and then dismayed at the destruction.
