The surefit bezel weight at the bottom of the club is for swingweight - it makes it feel heavier or lighter, but, by itself, does not change ball flight characteristics.
Contact your local Titleist dealer, they will be able to help you out. You may have better luck with a local PGA Professional at a course than you will at some of the large retail stores.

Sounds like you have yourself a set of the first gen (2008) AP's. However, hopefully you purchased them through an authorized Titleist rep. Some online companies, or bidding sites, have a TON of counterfeit clubs.

Definently Whistling Straits or Kiawah. When the wind gets to blowing at Kiwah its one of the toughest tracks and Whistling Straits I think is the most intimidating course visually.
