I have made Enquiries through 3 Titleist Pro Shops with only 1 response, that this standard shaft is not available. Why?

I tried the 913 Fd for less spin and I love it. One of the Pros at my club had one in his bag and he let me game it a couple of rounds. I liked it and ordered one. I find it easy to control off the tee and fairway.
I like the feel of the Futura putter, too and have one on order. Can't wait to get it and try it! The standard X, since the Dual Balance is too long for me.
