  • Re: Should I go with a SM5 58.07 S or bend a SM5 56.10 S to a 58.12?

    Bryan-
It sounds like you might be a good candidate for the higher bounce option. We can definitely bend a 56-10S either 1° or 2° weak depending on the finish (1° for Tour Chrome and Gold Nickel; 2° for Raw Black). Keep in mind that, in addition to adding…

    Hey Kevin,

I recommend the velocity for you.  It has the least spin out of the Titleist golf balls.

Velocity would be the closest.  You might like the DT Solo.  NXT has been off the shelves for 2 years, so internet searches are pretty much down to recycled NXT's.  When I was using NXT I never minded finding a DT Solo, both traveled reasonably long…

Really depends on how you want to flight the ball.  I went from KBS Tours in my AP2 710's to S400;s in my AP2 714's with D5 swing weight. .  I did this to flight the ball lower and the set up has worked brilliantly.   Love the feel…

They are cut prior to grip installation and cut length allows for the butt cap of the grip.  There can be a variance in butt caps so it is possible your CB set was 1/16-1/8 to the shorter end and the AP2's were 1/16-1/8 to the longer end.

I've always been the most comfortable with my mid-irons (5-7).  I know if I need a shot to be accurate and consistent, I can get it done with a mid-iron.
