I use to wear a Titleist ProV1 braclet until it broke last year.  Wish I could find those again, I do like the feel of the silicone bracelet for golf.

Actually putting it on the bottom is the best spot to add lead tape too on a putter. Just make sure to smooth it down with a wooden pencil or dowel so it is nice and smooth.
