How often do the tour players change balls?

What was the thought process in developing next/gen NXT Tour, having received my 2 ball sleeves compliments of Titleist, you have come up with a good product.

Do you still notice the different grooves(V vs. old square) in your irons and wedges?
I used to play the Pro V1 ball because I liked the spin around the green but a Titleist rep said that the V1 and V1x have the same spin while I'd get more distance from the Pro V1x. My driver swing speed is 90; which ball would you recommend?
How often is putter loft/lie checked or altered by tour golfers? Does the putter bend during normal use i.e. leaning on it while getting ball from the hole or from so much travelling? Noticed that some players that use a plumber neck are very careful…
What loft on Sand Wedges 54degree and 58 degree do you recommend for using out of thin or herd packed bunkers?
