You can choke down on your 4 hybrid to lessen the gap to the 5 iron, and should look at either a 3 hybrid or 5 wood to lessen the gap between your 3 wood and 4 hybrid. Get fit for which ever club fits your needs the best.
I believe that adjusting the loft not only would open or close the face angle, but may also impact bounce as well. It may not be too much of a change, but it should change due to head position. You also may be able to adjust lie angles to suit your swing…

What I am thinking your saying is that when you close the face it increases the loft. That is not true because a closed club face will decrease the loft and promote more of a draw.
It may just be something in your swing. You should do a side by side comparison of your old irons and your new ones and then go from there.
