It's possible that the lies need adjusting. Too many right shots would indicate that the irons are too flat. Making them more upright...about 2* from where they are now, could make a difference.

Man, that's great stuff. Maybe looking at wedge gaps, hybrid/fairway gaps first. I wouldn't want to change a good thing!
