They would be hard pressed to improve on the current 710 model so fast.  I would bet it will be 2012 before we see new models.

I doubt it, instruction has gone to a flatter swing and a wider(less bounce) sole fits the modern swing better.

Plus forgiveness is a big factor in design of cb's, lowering and moving the cg back from the face is the biggest factor for forgiveness…
