If you carry it 290...that's already pretty good!
In general there are optimal numbers depending upon launch, spin and most importantly...ball speed.
I would say...if you hit the ball more than 160mph, spin rates below 2900 rpms are optimal.

Yes finished the shaft change about 2 weeks ago, 4 rounds under my belt.
I set the clubs up .75" over factory length and use mid size golf pride multi compound grips 57g to 59g. After using the my clubs pro shop sw scales the trimmed un griped…
