• Hole-in-One at River Strand Golf & Country Club (Tributary/Estuary)

I started golfing casually with my husband’s old set of golf clubs back in 1989 participating in friendly games and tournaments with our family and friends, I never played more than two or three rounds per year. In 2004 I was started playing in corporate…

  • RE: Torrey et al

Got to play Harding Park back in 2022 - nice course. Didn't manage to play as well as Morikawa, but another great day at the golf course :) Cordevalle was another amazing experience in sunny California.

Maybe im the outlier here and just dont do well with change but does anyone else find the SM9 more visually appealing than what we have seen of the SM10? Maybe it will just take me some time but im feeling the urge to order up some more…

  • RE: Wedge Fitting On Mats Worth It?

It actually takes shots out of sand (both soft and hard) and various lies (hard pan, average lies, thick grass, etc) to get a good fit.

    My setup:

    48-10F (46*)
    54-10S (52*)
    58-12D (56*)
    60-04T
    PM Grind 64/10 (aka “Phil”)

    Reserve:
    50-04F
    58-14K (56*)

  • RE: AVX

  • Hole in one

I asked my friends to go the range for a little bit. After we finished up, he suggested to go play the 3 hole course. I relunctantly accepted because I was not feeling pure. When we got to the second hole I clubbed up because I wasn't feeling the best…

  • Last Round of a Special Trip

I started playing golf with my dad at age 8. Now age 62, I have had most everything happen on the course except for a Hole-in-One. Over those 54 years I have had balls bounce off the flagstick, hop over the hole, hit the edge of the hole and bounce out…

  • First Hole-in-One

Prestonwood Country Club in Cary, NC, Highlands #6. Playing 180. Hit a soft fade 6 iron to a tucked pin. Thought it looked good, but couldn't see from the tee box. Found my yellow ProV1 in the bottom of the cup!
