    Now after reading all this, making sure you have correct posture at both places is a key thing along with conditions being ideal and identical (perfectly flat hitting surface).   That could skew the fitting.  I agree with everybody else - exchange the clubs…

    I agree man - he's having some pre-shot problems - but I'm sure he'll get past them.  I play with a friend who had trouble pulling the trigger at one point, but he got past it.

    I think any hecklers should be removed from the course immediately…

    You have a few options to consider

    1. It ain't broke so leave it. Good yardage and accuracy what's wrong with that?

    2.  Find someone with the same club but with a stiff shaft and see if it performs any better than yours.
