Shared My First Hole In One With My Family

I took my wife, 16 year old daughter and 9 year old son out for a family round. We paid for 9 because the weather was looking iffy. I shot 38 on the front and my daughter, 44. It began to rain on hole 9 and we considered heading home. Boy am I glad we decided to hang around a few minutes. The rain let up and we decided to pay for the back nine. I was hitting it well and getting a lot of distance off the tee. My daughter was playing pretty well too. She will be beating me before long. On the 157 yard Par 3 15th, I took out an 8 and hit it well. It had a nice draw and I told my son it was heading right at it. It hit close to the pin, rolled a short way and disappeared. It was complete exhilleration! It was great having my family there to share in the moment.
