The hole was #11 at Crestmont Country Club. 150 Yard Par 3, elevated green about 30 Ft. Pin placement was right front corner so I teed off from the left w/ my 7 iron. I felt that I struck the ball a bit light and was calling short the whole time. But is was a very lofty flight and hit a berm to the right of the hole (about 10 ft from the cup) bounced off left and slow rolled in.
We saw the ball roll in as the slope of the green was towards the tee box. Miss it short and it could roll off the green.

I was with my brother in law and one of his friends who are both members and when they saw it go in they were screaming and hugging each other first (strange). They have never seen a hole in one (me either other than TV). The caddy even thanked me for getting him a hole in one. Took the ball out of rotation and I'm looking for the appropriate case to save it in.

When the group arrived to the 18th green my family was waiting and my 5 year old son Ryan came running to me and gave me a big hug like I won a tournament.

I am still beaming, can not believe that happened to me and on Father's day. Very Special!
