TT Tour Experience Recap

The Titleist Performance Centre (TPC).
Usually reserved for Tour players, elite amateurs and product testing.

But on Wednesday, three Team Titleist members stepped behind the ropes and onto the pristine turf at Woburn for a taste of life as a pro.

For the second year running, our leadership team opened the doors to Team Titleist. Greg, Matt and Dene were given a unique opportunity to experience a true “day on Tour”. Dialling in their current setups, making performance tweaks, and getting an exclusive look inside the Scotty Cameron Barn.

With the sun shining, Woburn provided the perfect backdrop, arguably at its very best. The day began with a warm welcome and a deep dive into the kind of performance data and insights our team works through with players at the highest level. A full tour of the facility followed, offering a behind-the-scenes look at what makes TPC such a special environment.

Then it was time to get to work.

Each member spent dedicated one-on-one time with our Leadership team:

Long game optimisation with Duncan McNeill - metals and irons
90 minutes of focused wedge play with Will Harvey
Precision putting sessions with Mike Madden

A true Tour-level experience, and one that won’t be forgotten anytime soon. All three TT members went away with different set up changes, all having improved their game in an area they wanted.

A huge thank you to our Leadership team who took time out of their schedules to help bring this day to life for TT. And to Greg, Matt and Dene who embraced the whole experience, it was brilliant to have you join us for the day.

To those that are heading up to Craigielaw next week, see you there! For others, I hope to see you at another event throughout 2026.

For the first time in forever I’m disappointed with Titleist. I’ve been really pleased with the enhanced alignment prov1x’s and I find they really help my putting. I have been waiting for the Loyalty Rewarded promotion to come out only to find that the enhanced alignment balls are not included for some reason.

I was considering buying 8 dozen and now I’m not sure what to do. I don’t particularly want to buy the balls if they don’t have the alignment - they don’t cost any more per dozen normally so why haven’t they been included in this?

I’m sorry to say I feel a bit sad today

I'll start:

The moment that stands out most for me was the very first event I hosted up at Gleneagles.

That day made me realise just how much you genuinely want to learn and absorb everything you can from the Titleist team. The engagement, the questions, the appetite to improve - it was incredible to see.
But what stood out just as much was the community feel. So many of you already knew each other. You were sharing stories about your golf, the courses you’ve played, and of course the Titleist products in your bags. That was the moment it truly clicked that Team Titleist isn’t just about the equipment. It’s about connection, a shared passion, and being part of something bigger.

SM11 Titleist fitting

On Friday morning I was back to see Graeme Noblett @ Titleist Scotland Craigielaw golf course for my SM11 wedge fitting. Anybody who hasn’t been, I highly recommend going and getting fitted for any of the Titleist clubs, you definitely won’t regret it!

Once again it was another worthwhile experience for me. I currently have SM10 wedges 54s and 60s grinds in the bag. These have been good and can’t complain as I’ve never ever been a strong short game player. After a good warm up and some base line numbers with my old clubs / set up, big G goes to work haha He got me to hit a few with the new SM11 same set up 54s and 60s, straight away I noticed the spin rates was up compared to the old SM10. Big G then makes another change to the club set up not telling me and says hit the 50 yard marker. Without a word of a lie, first shot one bonce bang hahaha I’m like No way! I always play with a big draw / controllable hook due to my shoulder injury anyway. But the changes to the new set up, I noticed the ball flight is straighter and so much more tighter dispersion with all the shots. After 10 shots, 3 hit the board and the rest stopping very close. We then changed to the SM11 60s wedge new set up, same results, the club doing everything better than the old ones and I started pulling out chip shots I never thought I had in my bag / swing. Normally a 20/30 yard shot, i’d just bump and run a 8iron due to not having confidence in my short game. Needless to say the fitting changed this and I wanted the new wedges in my bag asap!

I got home placed my order on Friday night, this morning they were delivered, I can’t wait to get out and try them now whenever the courses open after all this rain.

Hope everyone else has had an amazing SM11 fitting too. ️‍♂️

Driver prices

Ok what a brilliant marketing move by Titleist by reducing their Driver prices as the other companies are bringing out their new range . So why has the prices for the Titleist GT Range of Drivers been reduced in the good old USA and not in the UK (or worldwide) ! If you brought a brand new Titleist GT 2 for example you would pay $450 which is roughly £329 ! So come on Titleist UK what are you playing at ! You are the No1 brand but you don't seem to be treating all your customers the same ! I'm waiting to see if Titleist come to their senses and give all your loyal customers the same deal !!

Vokey sm11 Wedge fitting

Hi Team Titleist,

Nervous High handicapper here seeking advise, Im booked onto a vokey fitting at stevenage with Nick Gear.

Currently i game a really old 64 wedge, im not that good with wedges as i dont have any other option then my 64 hence wanting to get fitted.

Im also nervous as to be wasting the guys time, im new to the game and still not 100% confident but i play and love the sport, ive had driver fittings and hybrid fittings, however i think as its not with my coach and its with a proper rep my nerves seem higher then usual as i dont wanna let the guy down, im so looking forward to getting wedges but dont want to be a laughing stock if that makes sence, anyone felt like this before or am i being silly, hopefully someone can calm my nerves.
