    Just wondering if there's any differences in switching out the 35" Phantom 12 10g weights for heavier ones (15g or 20g). Does it affect the performance of the putter or is it just feel? Tried the Fastback OC and really liked the heavier feeling of the putter but don't want the middle shaft and I like the look of the 12 more. Cheers!

    Adding weight will change the swing weight of the putter = the head will feel heavier. This will clearly change the feel, will the performance change? That depends on you, maybe the swing weight change will cause the performance to be better for you. I would now want the heaver weight as to me the putter would feel sluggish and need more energy to move.

    A thought you could also install a heavier grip this would offset the added head weight and maintain the swing weight

    I also have a 35" Phantom 12 and I added 20g weights to mine and it feels great especially on fast greens.
