Hole in One at Annual Tournament

During the second round on the annual Retired Military Golf Classic in Myrtle Beach, SC I got a Hole in one. This was on hole # 3, 148 yards. I used a 7 iron. Ball was a Pro V1, with DELL Technologies logo. This is an annual tournament I have been playing for the 8 years.

Today at Jurupa Hills Golf club on June 16th i nailed my first hole in one 126 yards away by using my T200 Titleist 9 iron while using my Titleist Left dash pro v golf ball. I’m now 65 years old it’s never too late. Thank you Titleist for providing the tools to make this happen for me.

7 Iron With A 1 Yard Cut, Ball lands middle of the green checks once then releases to a back right pin.

Witnessed by spectators from a club comp and my playing partners.

Hole #4 159 into a stiff wind at Sweetbriar Legacy in Avon, Ohio . Hit 6 iron kept it low. Hit on left side and kicked right then rolled up to the hole and in. I was with my nephew, brother in law and friend as I turned around “like that just happened “ and they tacked me in celebration! After we gathered our senses we realized it was the prize hole for $10,000 and celebrated again! Great day! Side note we one a skin as well!

Dunes Golf & Winter Club, Grande Prairie, Alberta I was on Dunes 3, 172 yards to hole, used my 24 degree Titleist TS2 hybrid, and yellow proV1 ball with red stripe,, I hit it high towards the hole,, did not see that it went in, used range finder to look if the ball is on the green, did not see anything, walked up to the hole and saw divot mark beside hole and looked in the hole, there it was, my very first hole in one,, been golfing for 35 years and was close a few times, that day it was meant to be, the hardest par 3 on the course, handshakes all around

Another round, striking it well. Maybe a little too well. Step up to the 11th tee, girlfriend heckling me. 144 yards, wind a tad off my right, get set, and wack that baby. Straight as an arrow, never wavered, one plop on the green and in the cup. Was a great feeling and helped me reach my personal best day by far! Pro v1x officially retired!

I recently achieved my first hole in one at my home course Erewash Valley on their iconic quarry hole. Its a 91 yard elevated tee box with the green at the bottom of what was a quarry. I have it on video as I was playing with my brother and told him to film because I had a feeling about this one. Hit a 60 degree vokey sm10, ball bounced once and landed straight into the hole, thought it was going to bounce out at first. I've seen I can claim a bag tag but when I click the link to register it just takes me to my TT account, can anyone help?

We were playing with a guest and certainly made this a memorable round. Our signature hole is #17 - a par 3 over water. It was playing 135 yds with a slight wind. I struck the ball squarely with a smooth 9i and it was looking pretty good all the way. We heard a noise and it either hit the flag stick or went right in the jar. Either way it way my 2nd hole in one within 8 months. Still can't believe it!

What an exciting feeling and great way to start the weekend.

I have been playing golf for 45+ years and no aces; now I have two a year apart (6/1/25; 6/3/26). This second one was a good hit, good flight, high, but a little off to the right of target; took the correct hop back toward the hole and then ran out downhill right into the cup. It's really a very good feeling but then you remember you have to keep playing the rest of the round!! After shooting 38 on the front nine, I ended up doubling 5 holes on the back with 2 birdies for a 46, thus carding an 84 for the round. I had three birdies, an ace, 3 pars, 5 bogies, and 6 doubles. Ahh, golf; what a great game! Sequoyah National is an absolutely gorgeous North Carolina mountain course.

The First Sunshine in June

On a glorious, sunny day on June 13th at The Royal Automobile Country Club with 3 of my nearest and dearest I only went and sank a 162 Yard 6 iron off the 15th tee. One glorious hop from the fringe and the gentle rattle of the ball wedging itself into the hole against the rattling flag. The coronation Course was in perfect condition after the heavy rainfall in the preceding two weeks. There was a moment of disbelief, then a roar of noise from behind me. My heart was thumping. A quick dash in golf carts at Mac 3 to the pin to go and check. Sure enough the ball was where it is intended to be. Pure elation followed. What a feeling, what a day.
