  1. Hey everyone! Amidst all this COVID-19 pandemic, majority of gyms and popular fitness facilities are closed down. But don't let your physical fitness take a hit by just doing nothing at home. There are endless possibilities to exercising at home for strength, mobility, and conditioning.

Golf requires strength, mobility, and power. So you need to train those systems, they just don't get better by swinging more often....

I am a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified Medical Pro, physiotherapist, and performance coach. During this time I am giving away some home programming to help ppl out. No catch. Just ask for an honest review in return.

If you are interested just reply to this post with "Lets do this" and I will connect with you.

Yes, I am super interested in doing it, I just finish my PT this morning, and the GYM being closed does not leave me a lot options for continuity of training.

Hey Everyone! Thanks for the responses...

Due to the high demand (WHICH IS AWESOME) for programming, I will set aside time for (5) FREE TPI assessments via Zoom. Yes free. I will create a list of first come first serve based on response to original post and email in the next 48 hours. Then we can find a time that works for the 1:1 assessment.

Even if you don't get the free TPI assessment to break down your strengths and weaknesses, I will hook you up with a Free 6 week home program to get you off the couch and moving =)

Send me an email to athleticsolutionspt@gmail.com with the following...

I need something. I've been doing alot of Netflix and Amazon Prime. I keep saying I will do pushups, planks, deadbugs, and crunches NOPE! . Tonight (Friday) we are using the airfryer to cook wings about 50. The wife, son and I are trying different spices and recipes #familytime.
Anyway I need something I'm not even allowed to go to the range, it's open til 11pm.

My PT Dr has me doing some exercises to strengthen my core due to recent back surgery. After I finish that which should be in about 8+ weeks, any additional could only be helpful. He works with golfers in the area.

  14. Hi all

Mick from Scotland here. As well as being a TT nut :-) I also work in the fire service 20 plus years and have been a fire service PTI for around 10 years. I am a qualified Scottish football association outfield and level b goalkeeper coach. football not soccer :-) well over here anyway. and currently studying a degree in coaching sport and fitness part time. just a bit of background before I start offering advice.

would it be worth while me sharing what I am doing at the mo to try and increase swing speed and flexibility ? or do we want some cardio, hiit style stuff to do at home or some home strength circuits. I'm open to anything and don't mind spending some time popping a few things up on this link. also if your after anything specific just fire it on here and ill try and help. I was busy this week so never saw this post till now, but looking like having some spare time over the next 5 days.

    fire away ta mick
