I am curious why you oredered them from Golf Town and not here on the website directly? I would think that going direct to Titleist here would be a speddier process, plus they have free shipping and use FedEx. And Knowing golftown as well as I do, the extra weeks are most likely on their end of the thing.

Hi. I chose golftown because I had some gift certificates to use up! I actually looked on golfballs.com and my order there was estimated to be delivered June 2nd...

I just went in and did the same order without checking out on the Titleist site. It says custom orders that are within the Loyalty Rewarded program will ship in 5-7 weeks. Had I known that I would have just bought 4 dozen minus the customization. I have made this same order every year during the loyalty program and always got the balls delivered in 2-3 weeks....

I think we all agree, comparing this year to year's past is not realistic. Hopefully we see an end to this soon and supply chains will normalize. Cheers.

I just think it's the volume of golfers see the value of this 4 for 3 program. TM was so overwhelmed by their spring program they cut it short and stopped taking orders.

Anything that is custom ordered is backed up several weeks. Try ordering a custom golf club. Even if you ordered straight from Titleist it would be the same.

I think it depends a lot on the what. I ordered a few shirts from Footjoy.ca as our local Golf Town either no longer carries them or cannot get stock. Had them in 48 hrs. Ordered custom shoes at the same time, those I expect to take a bit longer.

My TSi3 3-Wood was here in 2 weeks, 2-3 week estimate on my new hybrid but the Driver took almost 6 weeks - so again it all just depends. I am big into supporting local business and I buy through our Pro shop when I can (or have to wrt clubs), but these days of e-ordering, I am pleasantly pleased with direct from the manufacturer orders. but you are right - anything off the beaten path and there could be a massive wait.

No delay on my order. Ordered April 1st Shipped the 12th.

Good to know. I will hear from Golftown I am sure when mine arrive. In the mean time I still have some to hold me over. Now if the weather would just cooperate!

I ordered mine and they are already at the Golf Course. I think mine came more quickly as I did not order anything special with regards to personalization. Just happy to get the 4 for 3. Not like anyone is going to return my personalized balls when they find them anyway :)

True story Darius - last year I had two different players at my club give me back one of my balls that they found!! I happily traded them for a good ball or two that I had picked up during play. I ordered 2 digit numbering also and I think that might be what's slowing it up... that being said, we don't even know when we'll be back out there again in Ontario!

No delay here either. They arrived at my club in a couple of weeks. But, now it will be a month before I can use them with the latest lockdown.

I ordered my 4 for 3 on a late Monday night/early Tuesday morning, was processed and shipped on the Tuesday and received them on Wednesday (1 day), that was awesome!!!

Mind you they were not personalized, but kudos to Titleist!

Mine weren't personalized, but it usually takes 2 weeks for the Left Dash. It wasn't any different this time.

Update-I received mine, or was contacted by Golftown on April 28th and they let me know the balls had arrived! Now if only I could go and tee one up! On a plus-note I did read in the star today where the Minister of Health in ONT hinted we may be golfing sooner than June 2nd....fingers crossed!
