    Hi Team Titleist,

At the recent Woburn day I was advised that we now have the ability to customise the wedges with up to 10 characters. Can you tell me how to go about this and is there a part of the website which allows you to visually mock it up and see what it would look like?

    Thanks

    Paul

I found a customization site on the US Wedgeworks site www.vokey.com. should give you an idea what they will look like.
You will be able to order through your local pro.
I'm looking into the same thing with mine I think it's about £20 per club depending on what stamping you have done.

    Paul,

Ive done this quite a few times from the UK. You can use the site to visually mock up the wedge and have a play around but (unless it has changed recently) you cant order unless you have a US address. There is a form that you can download, complete and then give to your local Titleist stockist who can place the order for you.

Within the last hour they have just announced that Raw SM7's are available in WW. Cant wait to get fitted for them and order some raw!!

Check out www.vokey.com and let us know how you get on!

  4. Hi Paul you can do this on the Vokey WedgeWorks site, there's a customisation area with mock-ups of your selections.
You should also google image search so you can see what customisation looks like in the real world too.
My understanding is that if you print off the specs and give to your club pro / Titleist retailer they'll order the wedges for you.

Thanks for all your comments with the info, I've seen that area on the Vokey site but couldn't figure out how to do it in the UK so thanks for the heads up about the form.

I see it says the Raw finish is the tour players favourite, this may be a real dumb question but is there any particular reason for that?
What do you all think of the finish?

    Thanks again

    Paul,

I bought the Raw SM6's when they came out in WW. Reason being is that I've always preferred the dull raw look. No glare when playing in the sun and when the metal starts to oxidise it forms a nice finish. I have a lot of wedges knocking around the house and IMO the raw ones look the best, they're not all the same, each one looks unique due to the raw finish / oxidisation process.

    Regards

    Tom
  7. I am getting fit in a couple of weeks as today was postponed due to the weather. The SM7 raw wedges look epic. Hopefully they will have one at St Ives when I am there to see if it is worth spending the extra money on the raw as opposed to the jet black ones I had my eye on.
