Launching the 2025 Pro V1 and Pro V1x with Team Titleist

A lot has happened since the start of January and Titleist launching the NEW Pro V1 and Pro V1x.

82% of tour winners this season have opted to tee up with either a Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf ball.
The new 2025 Pro V1 and Pro V1x models have been put in play a total over 320 times since its launch in January 2025.

And now, you can add eight more Team Titleist members to that list after their fitting experience at Woburn at the start of April.

The Experience

The day began with a tour of the Titleist Performance Centre at Woburn, getting an inside look at the workshop where our leadership team build and tweak our elite players clubs. There was also an introduction with Andy Sullivan where our TT members got to pick his brains to life on the road as a DP World Tour Player.

After easing our attendees into the day with a relaxed start, the group was split in to two for the morning.
Our four golf ball specialists were waiting on the tee to deliver an in-depth, green to tee fit for golf balls with the first group of four, making sure no detail was left unturned to maximise their game.
Whilst one group was with our golf ball fitters, the other spent time in a clinic with Andy where they got to ask further questions about his game and his WITB. It is fair to say, it was a rather spirited hour and nothing was left on the table.

After an eventful morning at the Performance Centre, attention was turned onto the course. The eight attendees then took their testing on to the course. Each individual had their fitter from the mornings session playing alongside them to validate their fits on the course - it just solidified what was seen in the morning session and it was great to see smiles on faces, great conditions and why #1ballingolf is just that.

To close out the day, they all gathered afterwards to talk about their experience. And let's not forget, everyone walked away with an exclusive Team Titleist swag bag and their newly fitted golf ball.

Pro V1 bad batch?

Looking for some help.

After playing Bridgestone balls for the past year I decided to give the Pro V1 a shot, having not bought any in the last ten years.

I started marking up the balls for play and noticed some blemished on the paintwork. After further inspection every ball had blemishes and more than one. Some were usual pin marks from paints but many had a sort of small line indentation.

Is this normal and will it affect the performance? I have never experienced anything similar with the Bridgestone balls on the past year. Not the quality I expected for £45
