At 64 years old, and a 20 handicap in my best years, I finally made a hole in one. 9 iron on a 125 yd hole. The best feeling in the world, at least I thought so. For 2 holes later, I watched my son do the same on an 85 yd hole with a pitching wedge. Then I knew what pure joy was.
