On Sunday, June 23 I was playing with my son and 2 very close golfing buddies when I hit a "sweet" 9 iron on a 130 yard hole (#21) at Shepherds Hollow Golf Club located in Clarkston Michigan that hit 3 feet in front of the flagstick and we were able to watch it go into the hole for my first hole-in-one in over 50 years of playing the game. I was using a Titleist ProV1 golf ball, and now I have the ball mounted in a Hole-in-One plaque. It couldn't have been better!!!

Was playing Rock Barn Golf and Spa in Hickory, NC in 2011. Get to Par 3 15th into the wind. Hit a knock down 9 iron, caught it clean and hit back left of the green. Zipped back and to the right about 15 ft and down she goes!!!! My first ACE!!!! Here's to many more!!!

Like they used to, my dad has 6 of them.
