In just the second start with his NEW Pro V1x Left Dash golf ball, Titleist Brand Ambassador J.T. Poston delivered his fourth PGA TOUR victory with a formidable display of ball-striking, gaining over eight strokes (+8.081/2nd) on the field on approach.

  • One shot back on the 72nd hole, Poston hit a 314-yard drive down the right side of the fairway with his NEW GTS3 driver.
  • With 162 yards left to the pin, Postman’s dialed approach with his T100 8-iron finished 7 feet, 5 inches from the hole.
  • He rolled in his Pro V1x Left Dash for the birdie that forced a playoff with fellow Titleist Brand Ambassador Ryan Gerard.
  • The Postman also landed his Left Dash safely on the 18th green in regulation on both playoff holes, making par on the second extra hole to claim his biggest TOUR win. 
  • Poston led a 1-2-3 finish at Memorial for players gaming Titleist golf balls, T-Series irons and Vokey Design wedges.

POSTMAN DELIVERS IN SECOND START WITH PRO V1x LEFT DASH

  • The biggest win of J.T. Poston's career came in just the second start since his move to the NEW Titleist Pro V1x Left Dash golf ball, as he gained +8.081 strokes on approach over the four days at Muirfield Village.
  • Introduced earlier this year, the next generation Pro V1x Left Dash is designed with faster dual-core technology and advanced aerodynamics that drive longer distance and an even more consistent flight that is more penetrating into the wind.
  • Left Dash delivers a high trajectory similar to Pro V1x with dramatically lower full swing spin and tour-validated short game spin.
  • At last month’s PGA Championship, Poston inquired with Titleist reps about testing possible options that could help dial in his irons and full wedge shots, particularly in windy conditions.
  • Following recent swing speed gains, Poston had noticed some shots over-spinning with his Pro V1x.
  • At home the week after the PGA, Poston spent time testing Pro V1 and Pro V1x Left Dash, both lower-spinning options compared to his Pro V1x.
  • Poston arrived at the Charles Schwab Challenge the following week ready to make the move to Left Dash.
  • He worked with J.J. Van Wezenbeeck, Titleist’s Senior Director of Club Promotion, to confirm numbers and gapping.
  • Heading into Colonial, Poston was ranked 85th in Strokes Gained: Approach (+0.024).
  • He gained +1.402 strokes at Colonial, then +8.081 (2nd) this week at Memorial with an average Proximity of 27 feet, 11 inches (3rd).
  • In Friday’s windswept second round, which Justin Thomas called “probably the most difficult round I’ve played on tour,” Poston gained +3.335 on approach on his way to a 7-under 65. “I don’t think I can put into words how good [J.T.’s] round was today,” Thomas posted.
  • “We actually switched to a different golf ball. I went to the Left Dash that Titleist makes last week,” Poston said after his second round. “It's supposed to help me a little bit in the wind. So we felt like today was going to be a good test of that and it obviously performed really well. We had a couple shots that I felt like didn't quite hit 'em perfect and it hung in there pretty well. So I feel like just having that confidence in that too is big, where I just — we're trying to hit the smart shot and hit the right shot and just trying to execute and go from there.”
  • Poston joins Jordan Spieth, who also recently made the move to Pro V1x Left Dash five starts ago at the Cadillac Championship.
  • Poston’s victory Sunday made it eight wins over the last eight weeks for Titleist golf ball players on the PGA TOUR, following victories by Matt Fitzpatrick (Pro V1x), Alex Fitzpatrick (Pro V1x), Cameron Young (Pro V1x Double Dot), Kristoffer Reitan (Pro V1), Aaron Rai (Pro V1), Wyndham Clark (Pro V1x) and Russell Henley (Pro V1x).

POSTON WINS WITH GTS3 DRIVER; ANOTHER VICTORY FOR TITLEIST DRIVER PLAYERS

  • Titleist drivers continue to deliver on the game’s biggest stages, as J.T. Poston brought his NEW GTS3 driver to the winner’s circle at Muirfield Village:

  • Poston was one of 28 players across this week’s field of 82 who gamed a Titleist driver (39%) — 12 more than the next most played brand (16).

  • That includes OWGR No. 3 Cameron Young (NEW GTS3 10.0°) and OWGR No. 4 (NEW GTS2 9.0°), both of whom put GTS in the bag for the first time this week.
  • Since launching on the PGA TOUR at the Texas Children’s Houston Open, GTS drivers have been earning their way into players’ bag week in and week out.
  • Currently, over 65 players on the PGA TOUR are gaming a GTS2, GTS3 or GTS4 model.
  • Poston’s victory also makes it nine PGA TOUR wins for Titleist driver players since March 8.
  • Titleist has been the most played driver on the PGA TOUR for seven straight seasons and counting.

POSTON CLUTCH WITH T-SERIES IRONS

  • Gaming his blended set of T-Series irons, Poston gained over eight shots on the field with his approach play (+8.081, 2nd) and hit 68% GIR (T4).
  • His iron play also came up clutch when he needed it most on Sunday.
  • Facing a 162-yard approach on the 72nd hole and needing a birdie to force extra holes, Poston pulled his T100 8-iron and stuck his approach to 7 feet, 5 inches. 
  • Poston is among the approximately 80% of Titleist PGA TOUR players who game a setup of multiple iron models, demonstrating the importance of custom fitting and optimization throughout the set:

POSTON GAINS AROUND THE GREENS WITH VOKEY SETUP

  • Poston's wedge play was solid all week long, as he ranked third in Scrambling (70%) and gained +1.182 strokes around the greens with his four-Vokey setup:

  • Versatility in Poston’s wedge setup has been key since his first wedge fitting with Vokey Tour Rep Aaron Dill at the Titleist Performance Institute in Oceanside, Calif.
  • By employing different grinds in his sand and lob wedge, Poston has a wider range of shots at his disposal around the greens.
  • "What I took away from [the fitting], and I still use today, is [Dill] asked me ‘why is your bounce the same on your sand wedge and your lob wedge?’ And I didn't have an answer for it. It was just ‘That's what I've used as a kid in junior golf and college golf.’ I'm not one for change usually. And so, if I know that it's working, I'm like, ‘I'm going to keep doing it.’ But there was no real method, no real reason to why I was doing it. And [Dill] made a great point. If you kind of give one maybe a little more [bounce] and one that has a little less, it gives you more of a variety around the greens without having to really change too much other than just how the club reacts.”
  • Poston’s 56-degree S Grind has 10 degrees of bounce, while his 60-degree L Grind lob wedge has 4 degrees of bounce.  

RYAN GERARD CONTINUES FORM WITH RUNNER-UP FINISH

  • Following a T10 at last week’s Charles Schwab Challenge, Titleist Brand Ambassador Ryan Gerard carded rounds of 67-69-72-68, matching Poston’s 72-hole total of 12 under.
  • It marked Gerard’s third runner finish of the season, having begun his 2026 campaign with a solo second at the Sony Open and a T2 result at the American Express.
  • For the week at Muirfield Village, Gerard was lights out on the green with his Scotty Cameron Phantom 3 tour prototype putter, leading the field with over 10 strokes gained putting (+10.551).
  • He averaged 109 feet, 6 inches of putts made per round (2nd) and 1.62 putts per GIR (3rd).
  • His gamer showed up in a big way down the stretch, as Gerard drained a 36-foot, 9-inch birdie effort on the 71st to reach 12 under.

NCAA | NCAA Division I Men’s Championship

Gaming his all-Titleist setup, Oklahoma State’s Preston Stout closed in 3-under 69 at Omni La Costa on Monday to capture the NCAA D1 Individual title by one shot. 

  • Stout made birdie on the 72nd hole to post 14 under for the stroke play portion of the event. 
  • Both Stout and the NCAA D1 Women’s Individual champion won college golf’s biggest tournament while playing Pro V1 and 14 Titleist clubs.
  • The two winners trusted GTS metals, T-Series irons, Vokey SM11 wedges and Scotty Cameron Phantom putters. 
  • The victory earns Stout a spot in the field at Shinnecock Hills for the U.S. Open later this month as well as an invitation to the 2027 Masters. 
  • Stout currently ranks No. 3 in the WAGR.

  • On Wednesday at La Costa, Auburn captured its second national championship in three years. 
  • The Tigers, led by WAGR No. 1 Jackson Koivun all season long, defeated UCLA 4–1 in the championship match.

DP WORLD TOUR | KLM Open

Eugenio Chacarra (Pro V1) closed out his second DPWT title with a tap-in birdie on the par-5 18th Sunday in Amsterdam, sealing the victory with a 210-yard second shot that left him two putts for the win.

  • Said Chacarra: “Shot of my career, maybe. That was a little tweener, but with adrenaline, I’m going to try to hit this one hard, it flew 10-15 [yards] longer than we thought. So, proud to see the ball land on the green and then took a nice first putt to give me a putt that you always dream of, a putt that you can’t really miss to win a tournament.”
  • In total control of his Pro V1 golf ball, Chacarra led the field in Strokes Gained: Tee to Green with an average of +3.70 per round.
  • Posting rounds of 69-69-65-70, Chacarra finished the week at 11 under par while leading a 1-2 finish for Titleist golf ball players.
  • Runner-up Oliver Lindell (Pro V1x) was the only player to post all four rounds in the 60s (69-67-69-69).
  • In total, 115 players (74%) teed up a Pro V1 or Pro V1x at the KLM Open, more than six times the nearest competitor (18).

KORN FERRY TOUR | BMW Charity Pro-Am

Ben Kohles (Pro V1x) made three birdies in a steady Sunday performance to win by four and secure his fifth Korn Ferry Tour title.  

  • Kohles’ week – highlighted by a hole-in-one on the par-3 6th on Saturday – included rounds of 68-65-64-71.
  • He was dialed in with his Pro V1x, leading the field in Strokes Gained: Approach (+10.178) and Greens in Regulation (87.5%, 63/72), while making 16 birdies and three eagles (T1).
  • Titleist was the overwhelming #1 ball this week with 126 (79%) players teeing up a Pro V1 or Pro V1x model, seven times the nearest competitor (17 players). 

JGTO | BMW Japan Golf Tour Championship Mori Building Cup

Hiroshi Iwata (Pro V1x) made birdie on the first playoff hole to capture his second JGTO major championship title and 8th overall career win.

  • Highlighted by a back-nine 31 on Sunday that featured four birdies, Iwata posted rounds of 66-70-69-69 with a total of 15 birdies and one eagle.

ASIAN TOUR | am green IGPL Bharath Classic

Titleist Brand Ambassador Charlie Lindh closed in 8-under 64 — the low round of the week — to capture his first career Asian Tour title.

  • His winning setup includes his Pro V1 golf ball, NEW GTS2 driver and fairway, blended set of T-Series irons and full set of NEW Vokey SM11 wedges.
  • Lindh, who started the day three shots off the pace, made eagle on the 72nd hole to put the finishing touches on a four-shot victory.
  • With the win, the Swede moves to No. 3 on the Asian Tour Order of Merit. He finished runner-up in his last start at the Kolon Korea Open.

Corey Pereira (Pro V1x) broke through for his first career PGA TOUR Americas title, making eight birdies on Sunday to pull away from the field and win by four.

  • For the week in Mexico City, Pereira carded rounds of 63-68-66-65 and was the only player to eclipse the 20-under mark. He made a field-best 27 birdies.

PGA TOUR CHAMPIONS | American Family Insurance Championship (TPC Wisconsin)

Darren Clarke (Pro V1x) and the 2014 FedEx St. Jude Classic champion (Pro V1) carded a best-ball 4-under 67 on Sunday to win by one shot.

  • The winning duo’s week was highlighted by a second round 17-under 54 in the event’s scramble format, which was the low round of the day by two.
  • Along with his Pro V1 golf ball, the five-time PGA TOUR winner took his NEW GTS2 driver, GT280 mini driver and NEW Vokey SM11 (50.12F, 56.10S, 60.08M) wedges to the winner’s circle.

KLPGA | 2026 Celltrion Queens Masters

Gaming her all-Titleist equipment setup, Titleist Brand Ambassador Kyorim Seo carded a 4-under 68 on Sunday to close out her first career KLPGA title by one shot.

  • Seo, last season’s KLPGA Rookie of the Year, now moves to No. 1 on the 2026 money list with the victory.

  • The flawless final round featured ten birdies and one eagle and tied the lowest single round score in China Tour history.
  • The winner’s 33-under total (63-65-67-60) broke the tour’s tournament scoring record and moved him into first place on the China Tour points list.
