COVID-19 FITTING INFORMATION

Are fittings being held right now?

Yes we have resumed fittings. Due to COVID-19 we are operating under government safety protocol including social distancing, cleaning and disinfection, wearing masks and minimising common equipment touch points. The most important parts of the fitting remain - communication between golfer and fitter, measuring ball flight with a launch monitor, and trying different heads/shafts and specifications.

What safety restrictions are in place?

You will be temperature tested on arrival, and required to scan a SafeEntry QR code. Both the golfer and the fitter will wear a mask for the duration of the session. No guests will be allowed to accompany the golfer, and we ask that you please leave the Fitting Centre as soon as the session is complete to allow sanitisation for the next golfer.

Has anything changed with Fitting facility access?

In Singapore, we are still able to conduct wedge fittings with portions of your fitting off turf, however access to the short game area and bunker are not allowed at this time. All other access remains the same.


GENERAL FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Where is the Titleist National Fitting Centre located?

The National Fitting Centre is located at Sentosa Golf Club. When you arrive, you may park or be dropped off at the main entrance. The Fitting Centre is located at the top far left of the driving range. At this end of the range, you will see a small practice green. Look here for our sign and proceed down the steps just beyond the green to find us.

2. I have never had a fitting - what does it entail?

A Titleist fitting is much more than just determining your specs. You have one on one access to our Fitting Specialist to learn where your equipment is helping your game, and where it can be improved. Firstly, you'll be introduced to your fitter to discuss strengths, weaknesses, and goals for the fitting. We then look at your current equipment and utilise advanced tools to help you optimise club performance and fine-tune set composition. It’s about learning which shots you need and finding the right clubs to hit those shots. In the end, fitting frees you up to attack the course with every shot and gives you the confidence needed to lower your scores.

3. I am a high handicapper – will I still benefit from a fitting?

Absolutely - we welcome all golfers. We conduct fittings for social and club golfers of every level, elite amateurs and professionals. There are no stock players, no stock swings and no stock setups. That’s why every fitting is unique! Your fitting is tailored just for you.

4. Do I bring my clubs?

Absolutely! Please bring your clubs, your golf attire and some hydration because you’re going to hit a lot of balls!

5. What launch monitor is used?

Trackman™ 4 is used for all fittings. Following your fitting you will be provided with a full Trackman™ report outlining the performance benefits of your recommended equipment.

6. What golf balls are used for fittings?

All fittings are conducted with either Pro V1, Pro V1x, AVX or Tour Soft golf balls, depending on your preference or our Fitters suggestion.

7. Is my fitting fee refunded if I purchase the clubs recommended?

No, the fitting fee is a charge for the premier experience provided. But if you make a purchase directly through Titleist, we will provide a complimentary follow up session (depending on availability) upon collection of your new clubs.

8. How do I purchase my golf clubs after my fitting?

You have plenty of options! Post fitting you will be emailed your full specifications, Trackman data and any other relevant information from your session. Then we can assist you in placing an order directly through Titleist, direct your order through your preferred retailer or golf club, or just give you time to consider your options.

9. What if I would like to be fitted for multiple products or a different configuration of clubs to the fitting services listed?

10. Are bookings refundable upon cancellation?

Bookings are non-refundable, however, if needed you can re-schedule your appointment up until 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
